Model's knickers for auction!

OK, you gotta promise not to be grossed out. Some models we ask if we can keep the underwear they wear to the shoot, and actually do the shoot in. We get them to sign the knickers, and now we're looking to auction them off (probably via Ebay). Mikaela is the first model we have done this with.

We plan photograph and video them wearing them "in", so to speak, and them signing the knickers, and then messing about in them again. Then we seal them in a plastic bag.

Definately not grossed out as you put it, in fact it all sounds rather interesting....and there is another train of thought... who is the most popular of your models...I also pick Mikaela as she was my "first"... so to speak ;-)...but everyone else comes a close second :-)

Unfortunately, Ebay have cancelled our auction of Mikaela's panties, they changed their rules less than a week ago.

They used to allow washed underwear, but now, no underwear that has been _used_ is allowed. We could be sneaky and list it under "house bricks", or "light fittings", or something, but what I think we'll do is get some software that allows us to run auctions right here on abbywinters.com.

I know a lot of you guys know a lot about unix software apps, and such, so if anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

as long as i'm in this thread i might as well address the issue of bidding on used undies LOL. i'd like to see that as a monthly thing, or even weekly. since the last note in this thread was over a yr ago i'm left hanging as to the idea of that practise continuing. at least one aw girl was shot peeing her panties in the back yard on the patio. i would have bid on those in a very big way. *blushes*

I wonder though if you could auction other stuff (i.e. tops, pants, bras, shoes, even socks!) that are signed by the model... they don't have to have been used in the shoot, maybe just get the model to put the item on and take a few pics of her in it and the pics could be part of the auction too, that'd be pretty cool, just wondering if anyone would be interested in that though... it's not undies, but still...

There is no way I would've given up the undies that I wore in my shoot, not because I think it is a bad idea or would find it creepy but they are one of my favourite pairs! The ones I wore in my redux (that isnt up yet) are Priscilla's favourites, am sure she would be upset if I 'donated' them to Abby LOL

I think it is a great idea. I'm glad that you found a site to host them on Abby. When I checked a while back (I was going to do the same thing with some girls I know) none of the auction sites I checked would allow it. So, alas, I gave up my idea. I'm glad you didn't give up.

I would treasure a pair of Aydee's thongs, if I had seen a photo of her wearing them first. I wouldn't want to buy your thongs when you've only just bought them, Melinda, but I'd love them one day too!

0kay. here is a question which must be asked. let's say you 'win' a pair (i have never understood the 'win' concept since you are paying, after all). you receive them. of course, you open the packet and examine them using all your senses, etc.

THEN what do you do with them? show them to your friends? hide them in a breadbox? add them to your collection of very valuable weird stuff which you can sell should you fall on hard times?
