Hello Everyone!
Wow, It's been so long since I've posted on these boards! I really hope that you have all been well since the last time we chatted through these boards. What has been happening in everybody's life?
As far as I can tell, my last set and video hasn't been put up on AW yet, in which I told you a bit about my plans to travel around Europe, and then study in London for 8 or so months... Well, here I am, on the other side of the world from my home city of Melbourne and I'm absolutely having the time of my life! I left Australia around 4 months ago and have already managed to visit so many new places and experience so many new foods, cultures and populations. Since leaving, I've been to Singapore, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy, The Netherlands, Ireland, and Scotland, and I only just got back yesterday from a week In Iceland! Not bad considering I'm supposedly at uni studying full time!
I've loved every country that I've been to, and until last week, the highligh of my travel was certainly Switzerland - we stayed in a tiny, picturesque cottage at the bottom of the Swiss Alps, and nothing was more breathtakingly beautiful than waking up in the morning to the sight of the snow topped mountains framed by a perfectly clear blue sky and green hills. However, within about an hour of landing in Iceland, I relized that Reykjavik, Iceland was easily my new 'favourite' place - I am absolutely, totally and 100% in love with this city! In the week I was there, I saw so many amazing natural sights, such as waterfalls, ice glaciers, thermal hot springs, snow-topped mountains and volcanic craters, along with the Northern lights - the image of these beautiful swirls of green and pink colours in the sky willl stay with me forever! The nightlife is also quite amazing for such a small city (around 182, 000 people) and the Icelandic people were all friendly, helpful and interesting to talk to.
It's a little sad to be back in London with it's grey, rainy and depressing weather after a week of paradise in Iceland, but I get to pick up my photos later today so that will hopefully refresh all the memories in my mind! The thought of having to complete 5 x 5, 000 word essays all due in early December for my Psychology subjects at my London uni is also a bit of a downer, but i guess it's my own fault I haven't started them sooner - too much other fun things to do and see! I've just booked flights and accomodation to go to Stockholm (Sweden) and Barcelona (Spain) in December, so I suppose there's a rainbow at the end of the storm and I can't complain too much! :)
Well thats about it for my news, now onto something else I'm dying to know...! I'm sure most of you have seen the girl/girl set I recently did with Stephanie and would *love* to know what you all thought about it! I really enjoyed the day, Stephanie is a wonderful person and I have to admit, I love her body just as much as I love her personality! I'd love to hear all your thoughts on the shoot and the video - and I hear there is a DVD coming out as well?!
Speaking of other girls, Iceland did one other interesting thing for me - All the girls there are absolutely beautiful, about 99% are stunning model material, and my visit there almost converted me to lesbianism full time - My god they are hot!!!! I'm hoping to go back to Reykjavik for a few months next year so perhaps I'll get the chance to uh... get to know some of the girls there a little better then, since I missed out this time!!! - a week just wasn't long enough to do everything I wanted to do!
Well, I'd best be off - best wishes to you all, and I really hope you are all safe, healthy and happy. I'd love you all to post back with any comments and questions you may have because from now on, I should have good access to a computer and therefore should have the chance to post quite regularly.
Love and kisses from all around the world,
Miranda
