Anyway its pretty late - I've been hanging out in the outback for work the last couple of weeks and I can't wait to sleep in my own bed for the first time in ages!! The same bed that is in those photos. I have to tell you its the bestest bed I've ever slept in and I've slept in a few!!;)

Lawn Darts are object simular in shape to"normal darts" with the exception they each weigh about a pound (453.5429 g) a peiece, they are thrown at a ground based target 35-40 feet away. the object being to score points....hummm In reality they are often used for other purposes, scaring brothers/sister/neighbors/cars/birds... so forth I know from experience that dropped from the roof of the house (~ 25 feet) they will puncture the hood of a car, stick in blacktop and do amazing things to soda cans dropped from higher distances... well let us just say do not apply rocket power to lawn darts :)

anyway why am I dreaming about lawn darts when Darcy is much more fun

What are you studying? You say you're in an idealistic Uni course... I'm definitely a big believer in studying and doing something that you love. Liandra I think I've posted a swamp picture here. I had a bit of trouble getting my 180mb pic down to tiny web posting size without loosing all the wing details. I love swamps and insects. If my science teachers at high school were not so shit I would be an entomologist today. I hope none of my science teachers from high school are reading this!! They all knew they were shit anyway! So instead I just make pictures of swamps with insects in them. Check out the wings - this is what I use butterflys for - wing detail in make believe swamp insects.
Also saw some of your girl on girl with Katya- shadows (something?) photos. What an awsome shoot. Your the sexy fucking minx! And Susie and Katya and Anneke and Penny ..... etc.! XOXO

Sorry about this. This was going to be a little post telling you how good your picture is, and it is bloody good too. But I've got Fireworks, and once I start messing about with it I get carried away. I don't know why, but by making your pic small, I can imagine walking into a gallery and seeing it as an 8 ft high print on the opposite wall 60 ft away. I think it would dominate the room. In fact pictures of insects printed that large would be fabulous. Below that is one of my happy accidents. Mine tend to turn out as texture rather than dramatic compositions like yours. I think it would look really good printed on satin and made into dress or a skirt, and I know who I'd like to see wearing it too. Darcy get a good deal on a broadband connection soon, then we can see more, and a few of the pictures you've taken of yourself, I bet their more than just goodish.

It was bad enough that he'd scratched the furniture and messed up her CD collection. If she came back and found him snooping around in there. God knows what might happen. He thought he'd better just leave while he could, but before he went, he left her a little note, saying that if she wanted to add something to the story thread, no matter how small, and turn it in a new and unexpected direction , she was welcome.
Then he legged it back to the story thread as fast as he could.

He thought he'd better just leave while he could, but before he went, he just had to take a peak into her top draw. Lovely clothes – no. About a dozen little deformed in-distinguishable creatures sat carefully in labeled plastic containers. Jake picked up one of the transparent containers and inspected the contents closely. The creature resembled an insect but wasn’t anything like he’d seen before. There were wings, textured like a butterflies but the intricate vein structure reminded him of human blood vessel images he’d seen in high school biology books. They were blood pink and they seemed to explode into the creamy translucent wings. The wings were attached to a nearly perfectly round belly which Jake realized to his surprise was covered in small bluish scales. Ten legs protruded from this belly and they all folded into the underbelly in exactly the same place. Just as Jake tried to figure out what this spot actually was he heard a movement under Darcy’s bed. Startled and with the strange creature still in hand he knelt down and looked under her bed.

"shit' said Jake as he sprang to his feet and jumped back several paces, letting the small creature fly from his fingers and up over his head. It hit the wall behind him, and bounced back straight into the path of his last backward step and was crushed under the heal. "Oh no" said Jake for the 4th time. "Um, look Darcy", said Jake now slightly nervous, "I don't know what your doing under the bed, but honestly, I don't mean any harm. Although, I know I have done quite a bit of harm already." It was then, there was an even louder bang, as the bed shook and violently shifted position, and so did Jake. Open mouthed and breathing rapidly, he froze. "No human could have done that." he thought. What's more, there now came from the bed, a low, rasped breathing, It was menacing,.... foreboding. For surely what ever else might be under the bed, what resided there now was very definitely, a Beast. "What have I done to deserve this." thought Jake. He stood there sweating, but just as he was thinking that perhaps things couldn't possibly get any worse, the bed heaved and omitted an hydraulic werrr, and click as if a machine was now primed and ready to attack him. Dear god, it wasn't an animal!?, it seemed more like a weird machine/animal hybrid! . This was too much for Jake. He never thought that by snooping around a girls bedroom, he'd end up fighting for his life.

No matter how short the post, I'd love to know what happens next, but don't kill him, he's too nice.

The whirring noise of her bed monster seemed to fade and Jake calmed himself down, he decided it was best to be "alert not alarmed". (Aust. joke!). Sitting in the dark between racks of clothes he then realised he wasn't alone. "Hello" said a quite enquiring female voice. At least this things human thought Jake.

"Hello Darcy " said Jake "Fancy meeting you here!..........What is that thing out there.?"
"Don't ask, " she said "it's just something I tried out, and is now out of my control."
"Darcy is there a light in here?" enquired Jake "yeah" replied Darcy. She flicked a switch, and the dim light flickered on and caught the soft curves and pale skin covered only by a bra and cotton panties. "Ooooh" thought Jake as he smiled and looked up into her gorgeous eyes. She smiled back. " do you want to sit down " he said occupying the only chair in the tiny room that was tightly squashed between racks of clothes. "OK" said Darcy as she moved closer placing one hand on his shoulder and easing herself down into his lap. They both laughed nervously as he put his arm round her waist and rested his hand on the fresh cotton and lace that partially covered her warm hips. They said nothing, but simply looked into each others eyes. Looking down at his neck she placed a single finger there, lightly moving it down to the only part of his chest exposed by the open collar of his summer shirt.
Jake resolved at that moment, to tell her about breaking her CDs, dresser and crushing her treasured artwork, later on.
Darcy wasn't 100% confident all of the time, when faced with a situation where she felt she was being judged, conversation sometimes seemed like stepping across a minefield. But Jake had stepped on too many mines himself, and found this vulnerability attractive. He couldn't help but like her, and for now, his first reaction was to pull her towards him. He gently kissed her neck, and then just opened his mouth and passed his lips across her skin, hoping his warm breath would draw a reaction. She rested her cheek on his forehead and let one hand run her fingers through his hair. Jakes apparatus that had started working the moment he saw Darcy, had now fully extended itself, and was making his presence felt on the back of her left thigh. "Do you wanna stand up" said Darcy "Yes, OK" said Jake slightly embarrassed. They both stood up and faced each other. He untied her panties and they dropped to the floor, But then they just laughed nervously. For the closet seemed the most impossible place. "You could put your hands on the chair" suggested Jake. She lent forward and did so, but from then their best efforts now resulted in failure. Jake decided to kneel down and say hello to gorgeous, soft Franky and played with him for a while, until he was happy. This relaxed Jake too, and he stood, placing his hands on Darcy's hips. He then moved his thumbs into the conveniently placed dimples designed for the purpose, and fully succumbed to Franky and his charms. Jake felt a warm rush all over, gripping his body and curling his toes. But now the apparatus that had served Jake so well, was letting Darcy down. So gorgeous Franky was due another visit. This time, one that was prolonged and blissfully conclusive.
Eventually they decided to venture out from the closet and cautiously looked under the bed. There was nothing there. All was calm and the monster had left. So they both laid on the bed in a warm embrace, and fell asleep.

It's tricky but I'm enjoying it and I want it to be good because if people don't like the music and the videos rubbish, it'll be worse for me than if I'd never bothered with it at all. Maybe collaborate on some entomology projects or science-art projects of your own. When I told my parents I was going off to be a stripper (to pay for Uni) the only objection my dad had was that I shouldn't take too much speed!!! I actually had to beg my mum to not come down and see me!
Now the first solo video I was very nervous because I'd never done anything like that before- since then I've become a video pro (or as a friend says- "VETERAN you can't say pro in this industry!") my 2nd one is far better- I'm a full on narcisist and one of those closet exhibitionist- I like cameras and I like being in front of them. I was nervous in the T3 also cause I'd never been with a girl. It was certainly nothing to do with feeling ashamed and more to do with umm what if I fuck it up- but I like that feeling- especially when I don't fuck it up!

With the video I'm 2/3rds the way there. If takes a while to render the 3D drawings into 2D video, but I spend a lot more time redoing scenes several times to get them right, really because it's the first video I've ever made. The night before I got hooked into working on it all night and went to bed at 9.30 Tuesday morning. The only other thing I did in all that time was chat a bit to Gracie, a few other net buddies, and eat some food. I love doing it though and I'm going to get it finished and on it's own website as soon as I can.

WHOOPDIDOODA! the vids finished. You can't see it yet though because the whole project is now more than a month behind. I've got to do the web site and see if the track is excepted on iTunes. Yay my passwords finally works!!! Long time no Posts, sorry I've been mega busy. Also when I got my camera back from my brother it was broke- so its been in the shop and cause I'm a one trick pony I don't know how to make my thread interesting without pictures! It happens all the time "Sewn" by the feeling was the last one. (you might know a bit about that one :)) I'm not manic depressive, I just get an occasional temporary zone of self pity. 'Somewhere' by Aretha Franklin has done it, so has 'Cannonball' by Damien Rice. It happens when your really dopey and theres nothing you can do to stop it, but once the emotion is out, it's probably good for you. Oh and Blissed love your work - Linde Ivimey is one of my most favorite artists- her first ever exhibition was the bestest I've seen which aint bad for a cake decorator (she has no training in art what so ever!) This is pic from that exhibition - it doesn't really do justice to the little creepy corporeal sculptures but its still awesome!

Heh, I know how you feel! My sister has an uncanny resemblance to Chloe B (but I know they're separate people, because my sister has a different accent, is slightly shorter in height, and was still only 17 at the time Chloe's set was released, so I knew there was no way it could be her).

A funny story about ressemblence:

Two weeks ago I was visiting a new customer. When the secretary opened the door I nearly fell on the floor.
I couldn't speak for a moment and the colleague who was with me asked me what happened.
I didn't tell her, but the girl that opened the door could be the twin of Jamie!

She came two or three times into the meeting room to serve coffee, and each time I instantly forgot what I was speaking about.
It was a pretty weird situation. I don't know what the customer's impression was and I probably don't want to know.

Speaking of ressemblence, whenever I see Valerie reminds me of this girl I knew when I was bowling some time ago, who looked just like her and even had her voice. At that time I tried to approach her but was rejected and then learned why. She was a lesbian. That made me understand a lot of things.:eek:
