Hey all, how are we all doing? I figured that after my first shoots, I never bothered to post anything or have a chat with anyone through the forum. So here I am! It's been a while since my first shoots, and I've noticed that there has been a mention about my latest shoot.... 8 months pregnant! I'm sure there are a fair few of you who dislike the idea of a pregnant chick showing off her body, but it took a lot of courage on my behalf to actually do it! Being pregnant changes the way you view yourself completely, so go easy on me guys! And besides, it's not anything explicit, just a shoot (and video!) of the naked pregnant woman. I'm sure it will be quite artistic too, as Susie and Penny were there with me, boosting my confidence and encouraging me! But now, I have had my baby, a gorgeous little boy (currently waking as I type). I will leave it for now, as it is time for a feed, and hope to chat further about the shoot and what life is like as a young mum. Take care and bye for now. <3

Hi Capri
I can't find a shoot of you pregnant. Is it up yet. I like the look of women that are pregnant. I don't know why though. Your first shoot looks really good, You've got a really sweet face. If being pregnant changes the way you view yourself, having a baby very often changes your outlook on life as well. Not always, but I've known people that have grown up so fast after having a child.
Anyway, I like your first shoot and I'm pretty sure I'll like your pregnant one, so it would be nice now if you could do another unpregnant one. Don't worry about stretch marks either, if you have any. There not that important. You've got the sweet face and pretty well everything else going for you as well so I haven't got any complaints :) Anyway I'll look forward to seeing this new shoot when it's up. Hope you like posting.

Hello pretty lady!

I am just dying to see a photo of your new baby boy, maybe you could email me one? You look so beautiful in your last shoot when you were pregnant, and you were so tired too, what a toughie you are!

Glad to see you've finally jioned us here on the boards, you'll find them a very welcoming place!

Take care,

Capri,

Congratulations on becoming a mum. I don't think your new set is up yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing it. Based on the positive reactions there have been to the two or three other models who have been photographed when pregnant on the site, I think many (most?) of the members are very open to seeing women who are expecting.

Thanks for posting here. I'm sure there will be many people with questions, but sadly I can never think of anything, so I'll just say I hope you can find time from what must be a busy schedule to post some more.

Welcome to the board Capri, but I really don't know wher and when it was mention of a shoot from you, but it's nice to know that there should be one. So we will wait for it, and in the meantime it would be nice to chat with you.;)

Capri, congratulations on the baby, and on working up the courage to do the shoot! I can't wait to see it.

You said that being pregnant changed the way you looked at yourself; What was that like? I've heard the same thing from a few women, and I'm curious. (My wife and I are kid-less so far, but looking forward to it, when the time is right.)

And welcome to the boards!

H Capri,

I think pregnant ladies are HOT and very sexy. I am glad to see Abby adding more of them to the site. Have you looked at any of them (Charlie, Stephanie, Kayte and Alicia)? (http://www.abbywinters.com/main.php?page=category&category=41&allsections=yes)

I don't know how close you are to AW studios, but if you felt the desire to model while lactating that would be tremendously appreciated too.

Assuming that you are breastfeeding. Feel free to completely ignore this if you like. I just get a little excited with the idea of seeing a pregnant woman in all her glory..

Congratulations, Capri. No, I don't think there will be too many that will want to skip the picture and video sets of you eight months into your pregnancy, and if somebody really does pass them over, it's only their loss. I know I'm looking forward to seeing them! :)

Hey again AW fans and regulars,

Thank you all for the welcoming response, it's great to know everyone enjoyed my first shoots and are excited about the upcoming one! I'm a little nervous about when the latest shoot gets put up on the site, but hopefully I get a positive reaction like the encouraging feedback you have already given me! So thank you all for that! :D

Here's a few personal comments to some of you:

~Blissed ~ Thank you for the encouragement and lovely remarks! And yes, I do have stretch marks (you will already be able to see them in the pregnant shoot), but not on my tummy, just everywhere else! Keep checkin’ out AW regularly for the shoot, it will be up soon hopefully!

~Susie ~ Thanks to you too for your confidence-boosting attitude, it made the shoot so much fun, even though I really was exhausted! Check your emails!

~Hannibal8 ~ Being such a confident chick most of the time, having my body change from pretty much underweight and very bony, to putting on 20 kgs and lugging around a heavy belly, it was a very different experience! Now that I’ve had my bubba, my body looks better than it did before I was pregnant! I’m not bony anymore and I’m in a healthy weight range now. Only bad thing is the stretch marks :(, and my little pot which I am determined to get rid of! But with the biggest boobs I’ve ever had, and feeling better about putting on some weight, pregnancy was just what I needed! Also, I hope that your partner feels the same when you start a family together!

~BigSpud ~ I actually checked out a few of the other girls’ shoots before I did my own, and thought the girls looked great; really happy and ‘glowing’, as they say. I’m guessing you’re a fan of Naomi’s set…? She’s a brave chicky and I admire her courage! Let me know if you enjoyed my shoot when it’s eventually up.

Thanks to all of you for your kind comments and thoughts! Hope to hear more from you, as I'm really enjoying chatting to you all! <3

Let me know how you are, and what's new with you, as well your new fave models on AW. Being away for so long, I need some heads-up on who I should check out!

Hi, Capri!! I'm Kara, how are ya? :) I don't have a list of just new models, but I do update my public list (http://www.abbywinters.com/main.php?page=list+display&list=7064&edit=1&returnto=my+aw)of favorite models (you're on there ;)) with the new girls that strike my fancy. I'm also working on a new list of girls in my favorite pose, but it's not done yet. Hope that helps...and I can't wait to see some more of your modeling! :D

Wonderful to meet you too! :) Yeah, I do still feel like a newbie, although you'd never know it from my post count...LOL I've only been around since April so I'm still discovering new and exciting things. And yep, NYC born and raised. I love it here, I'm a total city girl...but I do love to get away too. Travel is such a passion of mine. Trying to work out a couple of European destinations later this year.

Kara,

I would love to go to NYC, my family and I visited the US in 2000, and they didn't wanna go to New York. :( I wanna travel too, and NYC is on my list of must-see cities!! Where in Europe do you want to travel? Have you ever been to Australia?

So great to chat to a chick that is into AW!! Love to you! <3

What a sweetie you are! This is such a friendly place, I really love being here :)

That's a shame that your family didn't want to come to NYC. In a way, I understand though. Since I live in such a big city, when I traveled to Japan, for instance, I didn't have an interest in Tokyo. Would have been difficult to get there anyway since I mainly had to stick to southern Japan. Modern cities are so similar to one another anyway. But I do hope you make it here someday, it is a wonderful place! Where in the U.S. did you travel?

Where in Europe do you want to travel? Have you ever been to Australia?

We're hoping to get to Italy and Austria in this trip. I've been to Italy before (and also France and England) but there are parts I missed. Australia is one of my dream destinations but I would really want to have at least three weeks to a month there and I don't have that much time available to me at the moment. But definitely someday!

Hey again darl,

When we visited the US, we started in LA, staying in Anaheim, and then headed up the coast to Monterey and San Francisco. Then we drove over to Las Vegas and back down to LA. After that we flew to Memphis, then drove to Nashville. After a week there, we headed down to Orlando, staying at one of Disney World's hotels. After a 4 month stint in the US we headed back home to Melbourne!! We had so much fun but I can't wait to go back and do all the things I want, visiting a few more places we missed out on. Like NYC, Miami, Chicago.... Oh, so many more places!! And of course back to LA and Vegas to party it up!

You are so lucky to have visited so many places! I would love to go to Europe for a whole year and discover so many of the amazing countries there. But you are right, you need a few months to experience Aussie Land, well at least to see the best of our beautiful country!

Anyways I best be off for dinner. Chat to you soon! <3

Gosh, that's great that you got to poke around the U.S. for so long. I do love San Francisco...I need to go back sometime soon. And I've been to Vegas twice -- always a good time! And I'm not a big drinker or gambler at all, there's just so much fun stuff there. The shows are great and the food and the shopping :) Never been to Tennessee at all...what did you think?

Next time you're able to get over here, aside from NYC of course, I'd highly recommend New Orleans. Such a great city! Amazing food, great music...best party town ever! And you gotta go to New England...any small town will do, really...and stay at a bed and breakfast. I love doing that when I need to relax. And if you have any interest in U.S. history, Washington DC is always interesting. The Smithsonian is a must...and for food, if you're a chili fan, you gotta go off the beaten path to Ben's Chili Bowl. Awesome! And Chicago is great too, but that's already on your list. And there are so many places here that I still haven't traveled to. Have you been to any other countries other than the U.S.?

capri

Heya Kara!

Yeah we had a great time, but I would have preferred to go more places and get to choose where we went! Thanks for the tips, hopefully I get the chance to go to all of those places! Tennessee was lovely, I liked Nashville and Memphis because of the history of country and blues music there. So much to see, I wish we could have stayed there longer.

I have also been to Indonesia, 2 months before I went to the US actually! Have you visited any countries other than those in Europe?

Great talking to ya! Ciao! <3

Indonesia! Wow, that must have been something. Oh, and since you're a music lover, a trip to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum in Cleveland is totally worth it! Honestly, I'd say it's the best museum I've ever been to.

So, let's see...other countries I've been too...I already said England, France and Italy...so that leaves Japan, Canada and Bermuda. I think that's it. How embarrassing would it be if I forgot one? LOL Do you have any other dream destinations other than various places in the U.S.?

Hello my NYC buddy,

Yeah Indonesia was amazing, I had such culture shock! It was with my high school, so we had a few teachers and lots of kids from different ages there. Lots of fun!

I have actually been looking at honeymoon destinations today, and I'm thinking a cruise around the South Pacific would be great for a honeymoon. I especially want to go to Bora Bora, so we will see how the research goes I suppose! How was Bermuda? What was it like?

Also wanna visit as much of Europe as possible, especially Venice!

Thanks for your replies hun! <3

How was Bermuda? What was it like?

Bermuda is just lovely. Laid-back and relaxing, I loved it. I went snorkeling there for the first time in my life and that was wonderful. Saw some really pretty fish. And the beaches are pink because of the coral that surrounds all the islands. Wonderful food there, too. Lots of seafood (Bermuda fish chowder is a local favorite) and plenty of pubs with great English food too. It's such an adorable place and everyone is really friendly. Saw some of the historical sites too. They did this amazing thing at a fort where they planted the beautiful garden in the moat -- really cool to walk though that! My favorite singer/songwriter, Heather Nova, is from Bermuda so when I finally went there, it made so much sense that Bermuda is her home. Her music is just as gorgeous and mellow as her country :)

That cruise sounds fantastic! So, you've mentioned music a bit...who are some of the musicians you like most?

P.S. Wow! I started this post in one thread and came out the other side in another. Ah...the magic of Val!
