Hello,

I was just wondering whether there was any chance you could put a list of what was added to the site last week on the front page in a similar style to the list for this week and next week.

I am aware that you will not want to clutter the front page but I am sure you could slot the list under the "from the archives" model although the logical place would be adding to the existing lists.

I say this as whenever I work weekends I dont visit the site on Fri, Sat and Sun and then have to work my way through the news to find what Ive missed and I often miss the odd thing.

Im sure it would help a number of people.

Keep up the good work, the site really does get better and better.

PS. Is there an ETA for the site splitting up as discussed before?

As you say,the logical place for it is with the "this week" and "next week". We could put it where you suggest, but i think it'd be weird. We do plan to change the thisweek/nextweek thing to just show the last x updates, and the next y updates (where x and y are variables you can choose (within limits). That's a while away, however.

The best way to do this is scroll downt he news page itself. Every news entry that has new content added, has a thumbnail beside it. The last two weeks are always shown.

Well, no one else has asked for it, I think... But I agree, it would be neat to have... however, our survey's indicate literally 98% of people visit the site every few days, so we have designed the site to suit them.

PS. Is there an ETA for the site splitting up as discussed before?

Sometime between June and September.

Instead of picking through the news page hannibal, maybe you'd find the model list on the sitemap (http://www.abbywinters.com/main.php?page=sitemap) page is easier.
Just click on the 'Last Updated' link to sort the list by date.
