Well! It's good to be in Adelaide with Abby and Susie (http://www.abbywinters.com/girls/susie.htm) at last. It's particularly good to see the crop of new models going through the abbywinters.com system!

I've only been here for two shoots so far, but the upcoming week is going to be so full on! We have around 18 models scheduled!! I hope they're all great, and they all show up http://www.abbywinters.com/discus/clipart/happy.gif

Yesterday I arrived just in time to pick up the video camera and shoot a cute fit redhead who was naked in the kitchen - her name is Cat, and she is as flexible as a cat too! And this morning we shot a girl called Danny - now she was great! I got some nice stuff of her, and she was fun to chat with too.

Some of you may be surprised to discover that the best part of the shoots isn't always getting to see naked chicks. In fact, that's only a small part of it. What I enjoy is when we get a genuine fun cheerful model who likes to laugh and chat with us while we do the shoot. It's great to see her relax, feel comfortable with what we are doing, and has no qualms about lying in front of us, exposing her naughty bits for us. It's a very vulnerable situation they are in, and if we can make them feel comfortable it really comes across in the pictures.

And Danny this morning went away enthusiastic about how she was treated, and how she felt really good about it all - that will not only reflect well on us, but it will mean she will probably happily send more models our way! Not that we aren't inundated already, but the more the merrier! No such thing as too many models http://www.abbywinters.com/discus/clipart/happy.gif

Okay, that's my diary entry for today. hehe

Lord-a-mercy, what a job you have.

I know what you mean about the best part being with happy, fun, cheerful models. Probably my favorite pictures are the ones with the model smiling brightly ... while she shows off her stuff.

I can't wait to see every one of those 18 models. Even the ones that don;t work out. Like that adorable pee-happy "Mary".

So, with all of these model shoots, how close are we to two models per week?

Great to hear of so many more upcoming models VideoMan. Are either yourself or Abby going to continue posting preview piccies of new models on the discussion board? If so, how about a picture of both Cat and/or Danny?

Well, I can't speak for Abby (she's off doing her 'day' job just now) but I think she'll post a few pics here and there of some of the upcoming models as the fancy takes her - but rest assured, the normal preview pics that we put on the "upcoming" pages of the website will start to go up this week.

Hi Arsby

Updating the site with two new models per week is still a priority for me, but the issue is not availability of models. As VidDude said, we have heaps available here, and we even have to turn some away!

No, the limiting factor is memberships. If I go up to two new models a week, I am going to effectively double my expenses, but not double my income. As I am barely breaking even now, it'd be suicide to up to two new models a week.

So, I need to get more customers. New customers have plateaued right now, I am getting the same amount of new customers each day this week that I did six weeks ago. That's good, but I'd like more for lotsa reasons.

The other issue is, when I go up to two new models a week, I am probably going to have to increase the membership fee to a base of $20 a month. That sucks, I don't want to, but I am going to HAVE to. I think.

If anyone has any brilliant ideas for getting new customers, this is the place to let me know. Or, if you prefer, drop me an email (abby@abbywinters.com (mailto:abby@abbywinters.com)).

Thanks for your understanding. I look forward to hearing your ideas!

Is it possible to advertise in places other then the net ?
I personally don't like the sound of that "other" issue..I can see that causing even more issues .....sadly http://www.abbywinters.com/discus/clipart/sad.gif

Abby, I can't speak for the others, but personally I don't find the prospect of $20-per-month too excessive in the slightest, so long as you continue to maintain the high standards.

On the issue of gaining more members, how do you feel about us submitting your site to some of the larger adult search engines. I'm sursprised to see that your site still isn't even appearing in places like the SexCollective (www.sexcollective.com) or sinfoseek (www.sinfoseek.com). I even stumbled across a list of 'The Top 50 Australian Adult Sites' the other day, & AbbyWinters.Com was conspicuous by its absence. I'm not sure how of a difference this would make, but it can only help, right?

Finally, a nosey question I know, but just how many members do you guys now have? A few hundred, a coupla thousand?

You are right Sybiandude, 20$US is great value for a great site but with an exchange rate of just 40 pipi shells to the $ and threatening to fall all the time, well it starts to get tough for me to justify I am afraid....

The New Zealand exchange rate was one of the reasons I left to live in Australia. And what happens? The Australian exchange rate drops to lower than the NZ was when I left. How sucky is that?

1) About advertising... I still haven't seen anything on the newsgroups. If you give us permission, I'm sure there are a few of us who would help with some posts.

2) About $20. Keep teasing us on these forums with a wonderful assortment of upcoming models like you have been, and there's be no way I'd give up my subscription.
