Apologies for this mundane question but I have been looking for a thread that explains acronyms like DIM or T3 or T2? Are these posted anywhere?

It's called a FAQ (Frequently Asked Question), you want to read the General Help FAQ accesable from the Membership menu on top. You specifically want to read "What's with these Tiers of girl-girl shoots?" and "What do all the abbreviations on your site mean?" but I recommend to read both the "Organisational Answers" and the "Stylistic Answers" sections entirely.
