Flipped it right-to-left, screwed with the color and focus, put it in a Polaroid-picture frame and titled it "Polaroid_a hesitant Jen poses naked."

Is it a justifiable re-use of existing work to make art? Or a ripoff?

      Hi Todd

Vid Dude would do back flips if he still ruled the blue pages (boards).
I think you will find that its against copyright to alter any AW images, especially when she took off the copyright logo off.

So I would say although very loosely could be described as art, it still would be clearly be seen as a rip off by AWHQ.

Clearly a rip-off, doesn't add anything new except flip and colors. The removing of the logo also doesn't make me like it. No idea what that's supposed to add or tell (art always 'tells a tale' to justify it;-)
