Some versions of the model release are more flexible than others and offer us more rights than others. However, many of the most flexible versions are not in common use and the vast majority of our models signed releases that do not give us rights to hard-copy reproductions. There are specific business reasons why this is so that I can't discuss. Even if we started using the most flexible version of our release for every model, it might still take us a couple of years to amass enough models under that contract to put together enough pictures for a decent book of the type being discussed.

with all those spare t shirts laying arounb getting in the way and tripping people over, it must be an OH&S issue. my suggestion is that the loyal followers of AW ( i am including my self here ) are sent the shirts to be proudly worn for all to see

as much as t-shirts seem like a good idea in theory... there's absolutely no way i'd wear an abbywinters.com t-shirt in public. the last thing i want is people i know seeing that written on my chest and then hunting for me on a site that they'd otherwise most likely never have found. i'd imagine a lot of our members don't really want to publicise their pornography habits to the whole world, either. it's not like an AW tshirt is really something most people can wear to their next family BBQ...
rachel i totally understand what you are saying. i think i would only wear my t-shirt on holidays and to bed. but that depends i do wear my beautiful agony t-shirt around. i just want to encourage people to buy the merchandise rather than talk about it!
I'd be happy to wear thwe shirt anywhere. I don't think it would really bother me. My generally philosophy of life is: If you're too ashamed to tell people about it, you probally shouldn't be doing it in the first place. I know there are places wearing a shirt like that isn't appropriate but that is their issue and not mine. I'm hoping to come in this week and pick up my shirt. I'll be sure to post a pic.

I think like others have said i don't want to go around with a website address on a t-shirt which people could then look up. But I understand that abbywinters.com is the name of the brand so having a more subtle "AW" logo is not possible.I'd be tempted to put my money where my mouth is to buy one and just not wear it/throw it away/give it to charity, but that's also kinda against the point!

No chance mate. I'd wear my shirt every chance I get. There will be no 3 legged undies for me! I've got far more shocking shirts than anything AW could produce. I appreciate that everyone is different and not everybody does want to sport a logo but if I ever do see another person in the street wearing one I almost feel it would be my duty to shake their hand and buy them a beer. I doubt it would ever happen though but it would be pretty cool.
I want an aw t shirt, and I'd wear it wherever possible-ok maybe not to work as I work with children, and not to church cuz it's be strange, but definately wear it as often as possible. I'm the same as Jemma, I've got worse t shirts then the ones aw produce, although I'm not sure about other merch. I think it'd be cool having the undies though, I know I'd wear them too.
off topic, but how can you possibly not consider this website as being porn? porn is people engaging in sexual activities/posing for other peoples' sexual stimulation infront of a camera. this website is girls having sex with each other and using sex toys. you can dress it up and call it something else, but i call a spade a spade, and this website is porn.
anyway, with the t-shirts... it's funny, i regularly wear around t-shirts advertising the stripping agency i work for that include a web address and a phone number (not mine, of course!) because i like people to know about that. AW, on the other hand, is my thing that i don't want anyone who knows me to find out about, and i especially don't ever want them seeing my pics. to be honest i think i'm mostly scared of people i know (i'm talking moreso acquaintances that i see out and about in clubs, than actual friends) seeing me nude without makeup. hah.
