Hidding tatoos

Hi everyone, I'm quite new around here thus my opinion isn't based on an "history" with the website.
What made Abbywinters so appealing to me was its unique policy about the kind of shoots they present, the girls showed "as they are" with no fake edge to them. Of course, from the moment you put a camera in front of someone, the "spontaneous act" is somewhat spoiled: people can feel at ease as much as they can, but yet they KNOW there will be someone looking at them, and this changes their attitude wheter they want it or not.
I can understand the reasons for the tattoo policy, both for protecting the girls'privacy and to preserve the "natural edge", but then why accepting a tattooed girl in the first place if you have to go through the efforts (sometimes ridicolous) of hiding her tatooes? Because she's gorgeous, I can relate to that, but if you have a policy, then stick to that, don't try to go around it!

I am not much of a poster on the boards but I need to weigh in on this topic. The Yale Pippa video is anoying because she had to keep pulling her sleeves up or tossing the front of her sweater to the side. I assume the sweater was to hide the bulk of the tats. Unless she needed to conceal a name or symbol the sweater was a turn off. She has tats and if AW is going to use her then let the tats show. Frankly, I do not like tats but then some men may not like clear skin. I wonder why a beautiful woman goes to the expense, trouble and pain to annoint their body as Pippa has. Since so much of her tats are on her back that SHE can't see I don't understand the purpose of it. Who is it for and why then cover it up with the sweater? Seeing some models with heavy tats is not going to make me discontinue my membership but I enjoy the non tatooed models better.

Yes I have no problem going completely naked, as seen in my solo video with me running and jumping naked by a motorway!

If a girl with tattoos wants to protect her privacy going naked on a porn site isn't the way to go tattoos or no tattoos!

Good point, and I do agree that covering a tatoo for privacy reasons when your faces are very well visible sounds kind of ridicolous (I guess it's easier to recognize a girl by her face more than a tatoo on her mound!), but since people at AW used the “privacy” as one of the reasons to hide the tatoos, I was trying to get in their shoes... sort of...
[EDIT] and yes, what mrpinky added after me is one of the good reasons to hide SOME of them.

I think Elauriano may have been referring to that some models have requested some of their tattoo not be shown as it has someones name or something similar... (So AWHQ have previously mention as a reason for hiding tattoos).

My concern is by once again making a fuss on the boards about it will only stop them shooting tattooed ladies totally.

This place has never gone back to it's original release schedule and two years later we find out that it never will. Let's face it, it's being padded with all sorts of stuff that nobody really wants, people want to see new models. Not silly discussions about naming body parts.
I don't think they're in any position to tell any tattooed model they not needed here based on that alone because right now they need all the all the new models they can get.

Virtually everybody in this thread has said they have no issues with tattoos anyway, so don't be concerned, you're a paying customer you're allowed an opinion. The last thing you should worry about is upsetting management here, They're a business, it's your money they want.

I keep suggesting that there is a mystery shoot with two tattooed models (or tattooed girls 3-some?) that aren't covered during the shoot.. I don't know..

I dont like tatooes for the simple reason that i like change. tattooes are boring to me, like wearing a t shirt for the rest of of your life. So boring. But having said that, life would be so sad without Pippa in our world! Or any other girl with tats on this site! This site should be about all kinds of different girls, skinny, small tits, weird looking, spungie, peircied, massive tits, crazie ass girls like you know who, sweet little dream my self to sleep girls, any type girls. Thats what this site is all about. So fuckin stop covering up tats like you all of a sudden is a religious site. If you start covering up silly things like tats, what are u gonna cover up next? Dont fuck up this site with stupid cencorship please! I used to be on the best internet forum in the world. That site was destroyed by people who cencored everything written there, and the site died. Dont do that to this awsome site please!

I just came back from working with Abby Winters and shot with no tattoo coverage
There will be a few shoots with tattoo covering coming up due to the Abby Winters backlog of photo and video shoots but they have listened (in my case anyway).
I do have a few videos/photos where I am covering due to being filmed before the discussion on the forum happened. But no fear.. I am no longer expected to cover up in future shoots.
