Frans - You're not that bothered, you don't care, and that's great, good luck to you. But, some of AW customers may not be care free teenagers like you, they may have children. If they, or their friends come across tracking data that AW deliberately let out of its control (i.e. gave to google, where god knows where it will end up, it may be bought, stolen or whatever) - well, those customers will be embarrassed, the children will be embarrassed, (nay, mortified) and if their friends get hold of the data then the kids may be relentlessly teased and bullied. Your dad's a pervert etc etc.
By giving away this sensitive data, AW are being unethical, and pretty irresponsible.
Is anyone from AW willing to comment?

Dude, who would have a better understanding of a technical subject like this, a manager/owner or a web-developer?
If google wanted to expose the names of people looking at porn then they could do that regardless of whether anonymous google analytics statistics tools are used on this site.
Privacy is important, but this is a non-issue.

One day you'll have kids, and those kids, or their class mates at school, will surf google or some other search engine, and discover your porn surfing habits, and they'll never be able to look u in the eye again.
Monkeymagic,
how can abby letting google upload tracking data about you to their servers be anything but bad? It's an issue, but it's one that flies over your head.
