You can be that flexible in no time Carmina! Just get into it every morning. I do it 6 days a week in the gym after my workout when my body is warm. Theres nothing sexier than a flexible partner. Spend 30 seconds on each stretch and youll get there in no time.

Ohhh when I come to the U.S I went to a gym to do some exercises and I became really flexible But I started to work harder in my push ups and forgot totally about flexibility hahaha so now I´m again like a rock!
