You do look strong! Can you do any chin-ups or pull-ups? Years ago when I worked out, I'd do three sets of 10 pull-ups every day at the gym....along with 500 situps and 500 stomach crunches before I began my workout. Your abs look really defined...maybe six pack abs? It's obvious that you are on a regular workout schedule as evidenced by your weight lifting gloves. How often do you work out?

No, I can no longer work out as I have arthritis in both of my shoulders, my elbows and my feet....as well as a bad back. I've tried numerous times to workout, but my body just won't let me. Now all I can do is to pedal my stationary exercise bike every day for 60 minutes. It's better than nothing, but I like working out....exercise is fun!
