    Rebill postponed several times

    Hello!

    My rebill to AW has been postponed several times now in the last few days. GMBill.com's advice was to join in as a returning member. When I try to do this I suddenly should pay the double of the monthly price that I was paying the last 2 years.
    Is that AWs method to get rid of loyal customers?

    This is something better handled via email to either customer-support. They can tell you how to rejoin and help with adjusting rebill-rate if something goes wrong/strange with that. Generally, financial stuff should go to email/feedback-page directly to customer support. Can't really be fixed via forum.

    Do you know why the re-billing failed? Just to prevent the problem itself from re-occurring once this is fixed.
