It's true that this information is useful for the models, but I'm inclined to agree that it isn't necessary to have this specific exchange filmed. One idea that I think would be more fun to watch but still fit the AW style would be to have both girls getting ready for the shoot at the same time but in different places, and a photographer sort of follows them around one at a time asking them how they feel about the upcoming shoot.
For example, let's say there's a shoot between Model A and Model B. While model A is stepping out of the shower, the photographer can film her drying off while she asks some questions like, what do you think about your partner so far? What are you most excited about doing with her? What can you do during the shoot to surprise and shock her and the crew? What's your favorite thing about her body/personality? Etc. And after Model A answers these questions, the photographer can then walk into the other room to find Model B choosing her clothes, and can ask similar questions, whether or not she is nervous or excited, what she is expecting/hoping from this shoot.
While the models still need to have a discussion about their likes and dislikes during sex, I think that this should be done off-camera, because any kind of structured exchange between the models on this point is going to seem too repetitive and dull and "clinical" or technical.
