There are 4 rows, so working from right to left we have Row1, Row2, Row3 and Row4.

From top to bottom there are 4 girls in Row1, 4 in Row2, 3 in Row3, 2 in Row4.

So from right to left and top to bottom we have the following:

Now maybe someone on staff could at least mention how many of the Yogi's are new girls ...
