Down load pblm

About the time HD was included in AW I started getting 403 msg on all vids regardless of ext when I use Down them all. Works fine with the slower built in loader in FF and Safari. They are slow in comparison. It only happens with AW.
Ive looked at preferences in all programs but cant find any thing.
I'm using Mac G5, 10.5.6 and the latest FF and Down them all. Any one have an Idea what I should do next.?

403 means 'forbidden' which usually indicates the downloader you are using doesn't have the proper cookie or isn't told to use it. What is your max line-speed? It's rare for downloads to go faster depending on downloader used.

Sounds like a cookie problem

In Firefox: Preferences then Privacy - Show Cookies.

Delete all the AW cookies.

Log back into AW, check the 'Remeber me' box.

Try DTA again.

It's F*CK*NG freezing here, (just north of London near the M25)
Running the heating 24/7 but it's just not keeping the cold out.
-3 again tonight and only +1 to +2 during the day.
