Testing retention of formatting from Word doc...

1901 Diary of Elizabeth Clements McCorkle

Thursday, July 25 Dry and warm

I worked on hankerchiefs and read the State Gazett and Obion paper. I read several chapters in my bible. Beatrice Grishen came. I telephoned to the Osteopethy Dr. to come to see Mrs. Wilson. After supper I went to Mrs. Roops to meet the Osteopithy Dr. as Mr. Wilson wanted me to do so. Rec a letter from Sallie saying she was going to Galvestern to spend a week.

Just think of all the layers of petticoats Ms. McCorkle and Mrs. Roops had to take off for their photo shoots. But it was worth the wait.

                      Of what?? Did it work??

If this had been a real life you would have been given instructions on where to go and what to do!

Jeez, I'm away from the boards for two days and look what I'm missing.
                        Fascinating shit, this.
