GetRight troubles

(Searching through old threads noticed AW won a award for best site...not at all surprising...my tastes are fairly mild, and AW is the only site I've found worth paying for. Congrats to AW!)

I'm having trouble with GetRight on the new site. XP, GetRight 5.2...always worked before. Probably a procedural issue on my part, but has anyone experienced this and fixed it?:
I sign on to the site, and when I "download with GetRight" from the right-click options, a 7.8mg "main.php" is all I can get. There are options on the pop-up, one of which is about signing in, but username & password there makes no diff. There's a third line: "security" on that form...is that about anything?

Hi Mac,

I'm not a specialist for Windows based systems, but perhaps I can give you some tips.

On the new site, the sign-in & security check was changed. Everything is cookie based, and your DLM needs the correct cookies. The third line is the anti-robot check. You'll have to type in the characters from the image you (maybe don't in the DLM) see.

Which browser do you use? Try to use IE once to sign-in and check the "remember me" box. In this case the cookies are set, and it's possible that your DLM can use them to identify to the site. Just have a try.

I have the same system like "netpervin".
I must say that "GetRight" is working wonderful for me. zero problems in the old site and in the new site as well.

It's what I wrote, there's a configuration or cookie problem.

Should be fixable pretty fast.

Luxman....Thanks a lot...as I suspected, it was just a loose nut in the operator module....I was not in the habit of checking the "remember me" box, and when I did GetRight was back in action. Silver was smart enough to do this without help...I had done some searching through old posts, but didn't see the one you pointed out. I appreciate it.
My browser is IRIDER...wouldn't be without it..and it's IE based, so anything you do there is the same as working the settings in IE. Sometimes a link will insist on coming up in IE...it's like going back to the stone age.
Oh,...does checking the "remember me" box make you any more vulnerable to have your AW password hacked? My computer stays on 24/7 w/a cable modem.
