    Humor on the news page

Vid Dude's witty remarks always brighten my day.

My, it's quiet today. What's up with that? I say we liven it up a little with some full frontal nudity!
I'm all for that, but the picture of Capri on the news page looks more like full backtal !

    rock on, Vid, rock on...

    .
    New Zealand:
"What's up with that" = "What is the reason for that?"
    United Kingdom:
"What's up with that" = "What is the matter with that?"
Two nations divided by a common language!

What is the USA translation, Artlover?

Both usages are common over here, but the first predominates. "Whassup" (contraction: " 'sup?'") is a greeting, most commonly used in hip hop culture, although as a greeting it goes back at least to Bugs Bunny's "What's Up Doc?"

Bwahaha, I haven't yet seen it.

Perhaps you should use less complicated names in the future.

At least you know they are real girls' names, unlike the cheesy sites with model names like Passion, Extacy, and so forth.

Reminds of a dear friend who is bright and literate but just can't spell. Not the occasional name spelled wrong, but many words. She once asked her late husband why a character in a novel put a "galosh" in his mouth. Turns out she meant "Gaulois" This was before the days of performance art, where having galoshes in one's mouth would not be unusual.

Perhaps, though, to avoid further confusion, each new model should write her name in big letters on her tummy or other suitable area. Since most folks can't write in reverse, I would be more than happy to lend a hand...

Dedicated to pub[l]ic service as always,

Notice how Charlie's mount resembles so closely his intended? Put side by side, who could tell. Thanks for bringing it to my attention Art.
