    Learn Russian from bond77

    I can learn you to Russian a little:

    Ж this is letter "Je" or "Zhe" (As English "G" but without a sound "d" in the beginning)
    E this is letter "E"
    Н this is letter "N"
    Я this is letter "Ya"
    ЖЕНЯ this is my name "Jenya" or "Zhenya"

    we shall continue
    ХУЙ = "HUY" - is bad Russian word. means "a dick". this is a bad word, but it is very important in Russian language. this cornerstone of the whole Russian language. In modern Russian this word is considered bad. It happen because the Christian church forbade its use. As up to christianity - approximately 1000 years ago (and later too) this word was used in divine service to ancient Russian gods. (it not a joke) Notwithstanding what this word is considered bad - all without exception, know and use this word. In Russian there are hundreds words and the expressions occuring from this word. For example:
    ИДИ НА ХУЙ = "IDI NA HUY" - means "FUCK YOU".
    ХУЙОВИНА = "HUYOVINA" means "some thing".
    ХУЙОВО = "HUYOVO". means "bad".
    ОХУЙЕННО = OHUYENNO. means "very good"
    СТРАДАТЬ ХУЙНЕЙ = "STRADATI HYUNEY" means To do nothing.
    ХУЙАЧИТЬ = "HUYACHITI" means Persistently to work, and so on...

    We have two more "bad" words it: ПИЗДА = "PIZDA" means "a vagina", and ЕБАТЬ = "EBATI" means "to fuck".
    From them too there are hundreds and hundreds other words and expressions. Using this three words you can transfer any idea in Russian. It is not a joke too.

    In Russian there are as many simple words similar to English words. Russian and English languages occur from one initial language. About 5-6 thousand years ago Russian and English were the same language. Very much, it is a lot of such words.

    I shall write some such words and I shall write their latin letters:

    nos = nos
    voda = water
    moloko = milk
    dyadya = daddy
    syn = son
    dva = two
    tree = three
    doch(er) = daughter
    kot = cat
    bober = beaver

    It is a lot of such words.

    I hope has not tired you this text.

        What is funny, I am able to read Cyrillic script because as a boy I was fascinated by non Latin scripts and learned some.
        Unfortunatly I only can read the words, but I dont understand them.

          I don't know how to change my keyboard to Cyrillic characters so I will try to express myself using English phonetically: Spaseeba!

            We have been talking about translators but actually I don't know what a translator is! Is it available as freeware? Could I use it to translate your (Bond's) messages on Evangeline's thread into English? Does it recognise bad words like ХУЙ? I'm guessing that it is rather literal e.g. that 'itself on-itself' is a word-for-word translation of a common Russian expression - something like 'take me as you find me'. Did you understand the translation of 'take me as you find me'?

            Thank you for the elementary lesson. I promise I'll try it as soon as I've read the other posts and checked out Zoe P's behind.

              Not too bad, even a thank-you (from matchless).
              Luxman Russian is easier to read as most (98%), of the alphabet are the sounds in the word, not many islands, or chevorlet's

              Also a hello to Bond77.

                Hi ЖЕНЯ
                I like that I "learned" the cyrillic Alphabet whilst I was travelling in Yougoslavia or in Bulgaria many years ago. I visited some countries of the former Sovietunion also, been to St. Petersburg, Moscow, Kiev and many other places. Hope for a chance to get there soon again.

                    I use Babelfish (altavista). It's free. the translations are rather interesting at time, but when I back-translated my Russian message to bond, it came pretty close. Ironically, Evangeline got me to using it.. as well as giving me a new understanding of desks.

                      Спасибо! Spaseebo! I did not expect such response to my lesson. I believe it will be necessary to give you a little more material for studying

                      2 Peter552 Electronic translators as a rule ignore these words. It is considered that it is curses. But, actually, practically for all ordinary words we have corresponding equivalents, the synonyms using these three words. And when you use them - does not mean at all that you swear, is quite possible that you simply discuss something. In my messages on Evangeline's thread I, besides these words, used ordinary Russian words, but I intentionally wrote them incorrectly - that the program could not translate my statements. Excuse me I thought that there is a Russian - he will understand me.

                        I have understood your message in Russian - it is a little incorrectly constructed, but it is clear.
                        http://www.translate.ru/translator.asp?lang=ru I use this page - there is an English version.

                          Yes, to get the English version you type 'lang=en' instead of lang=ru.

                          It translated some of your posts to Evangeline, but your longest one came out like this:

                          And всетаки I хател че скозать - women at you here any слехка некросивые нихуя - well am simple блять places охуенно уродлевые ÑíáÔý-bang! прото пиздетс - what кросавицы, I in ахуе as for such баблосы it is possible not стисняццо to take it? And these yours офстролийские сцуки - этош писдетс - for such ш it is necessary on a place росстреливать блять a demon

                          Maybe I'd better persevere with the Russian classes.

                              Probably Babelfish translates better - at least the text is written by latin letters.

                                Does the translator work well on short sentences or phrases? A question for Bond77

                                Bond77,
