    Download manager?

    Hi.
Is it possible (and allowed) to use a download manager?
If yes, can you please recommend a download manager?

    Thanks for a GREAT website

Just to add to what the FAQ says about iGetter -- I've been using it for about a year now, with really excellent results.

I am using Download Accelerator Plus (DAP), which seems to be efficient, it allows for multiple streams and also allows queuing of the files to download. I have been using it for the past year+ with no problems. Registering unlocks a few additional features, but for a free manager it far surpasses my expectations. BTW avoid leechget, it is a annoying program.

Do Download Managers work okay with Custom ZIPs too?

I guess everyone loves the download manager that they use. I use Free Download Manager that Jo once recommended. It's shining star for me has been that it "remembers" what you've downloaded by saving the url of each pic. Then three months from now, if you haven't remembered that you've already downloaded it, it tells you that you've already downloaded it. You, of course, have the option to download it again.

So, it's ideal for our senior members.

BTW: This happens to me too (not so young too anymore).

                    Hey Luxman,

All "being older" means, is that you've gone around the sun more times than the other person!!!!
