Not only is the song well written, but I love her voice. If she had music CD out of songs similar to this one I would definitely buy it. Let us know if you ever find out that she records one.

I read the other day that Australians love to gamble (hope that's not insulting, it's not meant to be) and have several beautiful casinos in Melbourne and Sydney. Maybe someone down there could take a gamble on her. She sounds like a sure thing to me.

Yes Australians love to gamble, primarily because most of us are idiots. We have many, many casinos, a couple in nearly each state, and not one of them is beautiful I assure you! But it matters not because almost every hotel and sporting club is well laden with slot machines for our pleasure and convenience. Most Asutralians live within half a mile of a gambling venue and the average expenditure per adult is over $1000 a year. Of course like alcohol and cigarettes, it's heavily taxed and every time the guvimint capitulates to raising social secrity benefits, they up excise rates to get it all back. A packet of cigarettes now costs about the same as 7 cans of coke.

The music industry though, from what I hear, is not a gamble - it's a black hole, unless you happen to be one of the Big Six record companies and have the broadcast networks in your pocket.
